texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Reviews Yelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
