texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Scandal… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really useful for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
