get about 2 reactions a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like discussing things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a typical conversation however with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they might say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think of you know something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one good idea to it appears to be a great bit cheaper than going in to talk to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I considered however that’s.

not very important but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wished to offer some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to offer a brief introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s truly helpful for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I guess I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another truly great actually excellent candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
