get about 2 reactions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a great deal of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instant in that regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a normal discussion but with talk space you may state this and then it might be five hours later on and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your pals you understand what I imply like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something excellent to think of you understand something that did bother me a little bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be a great bit cheaper than going in to speak with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking truly due to the fact that like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not really important but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a brief overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s truly good for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s really excellent if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy job or something like that I believe also another truly terrific actually excellent candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
