texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Sherry Jo… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
