not really important but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to provide some like final thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s really good for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so basically I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think also another actually fantastic truly fantastic candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
