not really important however general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wished to give some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s really good for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I believe also another really terrific truly terrific prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
