texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Stives… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and after that I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very important however total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a quick overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s truly great for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little however like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic task or something like that I believe also another really fantastic really fantastic prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
