texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Stock News… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly practical for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you however it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a lot of these individuals appear to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like discussing things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a typical discussion but with talk area you may state this and then it might be five hours later and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your pals you understand what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something great to consider you know something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a great bit less expensive than going in to talk to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any problems about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not know that was just something I considered but that’s.

not really important but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with normal regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m uncertain how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I just wished to provide some like last thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to provide a quick introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s really good for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I believe likewise another really excellent truly excellent candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
