not really important however general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m uncertain how much that really is simply me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final ideas I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are look I think it’s really helpful for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic task or something like that I believe also another really excellent truly terrific prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
