texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Stock Price… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message since basically they do a lot of these people seem to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a regular conversation however with talk space you might say this and then it might be five hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your good friends you understand what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your discussion at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something excellent to consider you know something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than entering to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought of however that’s.

not really important however total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s actually helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s really excellent if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe likewise another really great actually excellent prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
