texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Student… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not extremely crucial however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m not sure just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously however back here so I just wished to give some like last ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are look I think it’s truly great for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s actually excellent if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe likewise another truly terrific actually terrific prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
