texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Study… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have maybe not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like discussing things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a typical conversation but with talk area you might state this and after that it might be five hours later on and after that they might say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your good friends you understand what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think about you know something that did bother me a little bit initially yeah the one advantage to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than going in to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking actually since like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not extremely essential but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time however back here so I just wished to provide some like last ideas I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a quick overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s actually great for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy task or something like that I think also another actually terrific really terrific candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
