texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Tagline… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like certainly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a lot of these people seem to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not extremely rapid because regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a regular discussion but with talk area you may say this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they may state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your pals you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to think about you understand something that did trouble me a bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a great bit cheaper than going in to talk to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any problems about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not extremely crucial but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not exactly sure just how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to give some like final ideas I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s actually great for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I ought to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe also another actually great actually great prospect to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is really spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow however like I need to exercise some insurance things prior to I even like consider this so I mean I believe it’s a great service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I really enjoy I watch all of her videos and she spoke about it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can place it here once again which resembles something similar so if you want to look into that one to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk space was because my partner was kind of pushing me to do something to do therapy because he knew that I was going through a lot of stress so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you should really talk with somebody and he learnt about talk space and so that was the one that he actually suggested me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like good ideas about but once again like it’s really like talked about a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only way I have actually ever become aware of it I have not truly become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this but yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s an excellent service for what it is I believe it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was type of beginning to state prior to if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it is essential to be seeing someone personally particularly if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to speak about more in-depth problems there’s something I’ve type of observed like certainly these are deep.
