get about 2 reactions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely immediate in that regard like discussing things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a typical conversation however with talk space you might say this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your pals you understand what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think of you know something that did bother me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit more affordable than entering to talk to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have really any complaints about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not extremely essential however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent so far um I imply it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m uncertain how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to give some like final thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I think it’s truly helpful for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy job or something like that I think also another actually great truly great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
