not really important but general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that actually is just me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s really helpful for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think also another really excellent really excellent prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
