texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Teladoc Acquisition… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two actions a day about like certainly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message since generally they do a lot of these individuals appear to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a regular conversation but with talk space you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they might state oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to consider you understand something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than entering to speak with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real cost like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any problems about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not extremely crucial but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m unsure how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wanted to offer some like last thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really good for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I should’ve said that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so essentially I believe it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think likewise another actually fantastic really terrific candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
