Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Terrible Podcast… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantly and after that I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a great deal of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous because regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a normal conversation but with talk area you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later and after that they might state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your pals you understand what I imply like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something great to think about you understand something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a great bit less expensive than going in to talk to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking truly since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have actually any complaints about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not really important however total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I imply it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wished to give some like last thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a short summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s really great for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so essentially I believe it’s actually excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy task or something like that I believe also another truly excellent truly fantastic prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I require to exercise some insurance stuff prior to I even like think about this so I indicate I believe it’s a great service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I see all of her videos and she discussed it but I don’t remember what that one was called I can place it here again and that resembles something comparable so if you want to check out that one to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was due to the fact that my boyfriend was type of pushing me to do something to do therapy since he knew that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he type of was the one who was stating hey you need to truly talk to someone and he knew about talk space therefore that was the one that he really suggested me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but once again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s practically the only way I have actually ever become aware of it I have not really heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this however yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s a terrific service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was kind of starting to say before if you have much deeper issues if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it’s important to be seeing someone face to face particularly if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to speak about more thorough issues there’s something I have actually sort of observed like certainly these are deep.
