Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp/The Read… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really useful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like certainly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a great deal of these people seem to have possibly not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instant because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a normal discussion however with talk space you may state this and then it might be five hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your good friends you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit initially yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a great bit cheaper than going in to speak to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here someone it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking really because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not very important but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m unsure how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wished to provide some like final thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a brief overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s really great for like stress type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s really good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think also another actually fantastic really terrific prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyway however like I require to work out some insurance stuff prior to I even like think of this so I suggest I believe it’s a great service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually enjoy I view all of her videos and she spoke about it but I do not remember what that one was called I can place it here again and that’s like something similar so if you want to look into that a person to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk area was due to the fact that my sweetheart was type of pushing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of tension so so he type of was the one who was stating hey you must actually speak with someone and he understood about talk area and so that was the one that he actually recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about but once again like it’s truly like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only way I’ve ever heard of it I have not truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this however yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a great service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was kind of starting to say prior to if you have deeper issues if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is essential to be seeing somebody face to face particularly if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more thorough concerns there’s something I’ve sort of seen like clearly these are deep.
