not really crucial but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once however back here so I simply wished to offer some like last thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think also another truly terrific really great prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
