texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Therapist No Show… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantly and after that I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely assist you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous because regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a normal conversation however with talk area you might say this and after that it might be five hours later on and after that they might say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I indicate like you can call someone and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to consider you understand something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to talk to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking really because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was simply something I thought about however that’s.

not very crucial but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not sure just how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I just wished to provide some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a brief overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s actually good for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so generally I think it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually terrific really fantastic candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
