not really important however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wanted to give some like final thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a quick introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I believe also another actually great really great candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
