Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Therapist Sasha Parker… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly handy for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a great deal of these people appear to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really instant because regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a normal conversation however with talk area you may say this and after that it might be five hours later and after that they may say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something excellent to think of you understand something that did trouble me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be a great bit more affordable than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re most likely talking really since like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was simply something I thought of however that’s.

not really essential but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m not exactly sure how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wished to provide some like last thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a quick overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s truly helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so basically I think it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think likewise another truly terrific truly great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyhow but like I need to exercise some insurance coverage things prior to I even like consider this so I indicate I believe it’s an excellent service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly love I see all of her videos and she spoke about it but I do not remember what that one was called I can place it here again which’s like something similar so if you want to look into that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk space was because my boyfriend was kind of pressing me to do something to do therapy since he understood that I was going through a lot of tension so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you need to truly talk with somebody and he knew about talk area and so that was the one that he actually suggested me to utilize that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good ideas about but once again like it’s truly like talked about a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I’ve ever heard of it I haven’t truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I believe it’s an excellent service for what it is I believe it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was sort of beginning to state prior to if you have deeper issues if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is necessary to be seeing somebody face to face particularly if it’s you understand things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to discuss more extensive problems there’s something I have actually kind of discovered like certainly these are deep.
