texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Therapy Expected Pay… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually valuable for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very instant because regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a typical conversation but with talk area you might say this and then it might be five hours later and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I indicate like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit more affordable than entering to speak with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here somebody it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have actually any complaints about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought of however that’s.

not very important however overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m uncertain just how much that really is simply me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I simply wanted to give some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to provide a brief introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s truly great for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think likewise another actually great actually terrific candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
