texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Tos… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
