texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Trustpilot… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since generally they do a lot of these people seem to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instant in that regard like discussing things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a regular discussion however with talk area you may state this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to think of you know something that did bother me a bit initially yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than going in to talk to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual cost like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking actually because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not extremely crucial but overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like last ideas I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a short overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s really helpful for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I guess I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s actually excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think likewise another really terrific really terrific candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I need to work out some insurance coverage stuff before I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s an excellent service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually enjoy I watch all of her videos and she talked about it but I do not remember what that one was called I can insert it here once again which resembles something similar so if you wish to check out that one to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk space was because my sweetheart was sort of pressing me to do something to do treatment since he understood that I was going through a lot of tension so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you must really speak to somebody and he learnt about talk space therefore that was the one that he actually suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good ideas about but again like it’s truly like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s pretty much the only way I have actually ever heard of it I haven’t really heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I think it’s a terrific service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was sort of beginning to say before if you have much deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it is very important to be seeing someone in person specifically if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more extensive issues there’s something I’ve sort of discovered like clearly these are deep.
