Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Uhcsr… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually practical for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because basically they do a great deal of these people seem to have possibly not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very rapid because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you might need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a normal discussion however with talk space you may say this and then it might be five hours later and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to consider you know something that did bother me a bit at first yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a great bit cheaper than going in to speak with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual cost like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have really any complaints about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I thought of but that’s.
