texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Upgrade Guaranteed Response Time… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of provides you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
