texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Versus Talkspace Youtube… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two actions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since generally they do a lot of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instant because regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a typical conversation however with talk area you may say this and then it might be 5 hours later on and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your good friends you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think about you understand something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it seems to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to speak with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking actually since like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any problems about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought of but that’s.

not very crucial but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great so far um I indicate it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with typical normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m unsure just how much that really is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wanted to give some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a quick overview and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s actually helpful for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy job or something like that I believe also another really great actually terrific prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyway however like I need to exercise some insurance things before I even like consider this so I mean I believe it’s an excellent service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually enjoy I watch all of her videos and she spoke about it but I do not remember what that one was called I can insert it here again and that’s like something comparable so if you want to check out that a person to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was due to the fact that my sweetheart was kind of pushing me to do something to do therapy because he understood that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he type of was the one who was stating hey you must truly talk to someone and he learnt about talk space therefore that was the one that he truly suggested me to utilize that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good ideas about however once again like it’s truly like spoken about a lot through sponsorships which’s practically the only method I’ve ever heard of it I have not truly become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this however yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s a terrific service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was kind of beginning to state prior to if you have deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is necessary to be seeing somebody personally specifically if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more extensive problems there’s something I have actually kind of noticed like obviously these are deep.
