texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Vs Cerebral… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really useful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it sort of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
