not really important but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with normal regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not sure just how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I just wished to offer some like final ideas I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s really helpful for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic task or something like that I believe also another actually terrific actually great candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
