texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Wage Theft… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not extremely important however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I just wished to give some like final ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are look I think it’s really great for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy task or something like that I think also another truly great truly great candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
