texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp What Is It… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
