texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp While Doing Normal Theraphy… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually valuable for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these individuals appear to have maybe not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instant in that regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a typical discussion but with talk area you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your discussion at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a great bit less expensive than going in to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking actually since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I thought about but that’s.
