texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelp Wiki… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually useful for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
