texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Won\’t Help Me… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
