Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?

texting is it’s just that you can text them…Betterhelp Zacks… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really useful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

get about 2 actions a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal conversation but with talk space you may say this and after that it might be 5 hours later and after that they might state oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your good friends you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something good to consider you understand something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit more affordable than entering to talk with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking actually since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have really any problems about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought of however that’s.

not very important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m not sure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I simply wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a brief overview and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s truly good for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so essentially I believe it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I believe also another really excellent really great candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyhow however like I need to exercise some insurance coverage stuff before I even like think about this so I mean I think it’s a terrific service I have actually seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually enjoy I view all of her videos and she talked about it however I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here once again which’s like something comparable so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk space was since my partner was kind of pressing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of stress so so he type of was the one who was saying hey you must really talk with somebody and he understood about talk area therefore that was the one that he truly recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about however again like it’s truly like spoken about a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only method I have actually ever heard of it I haven’t actually heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this however yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a terrific service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was kind of starting to say before if you have deeper issues if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it’s important to be seeing someone face to face specifically if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more in-depth concerns there’s something I’ve kind of noticed like certainly these are deep.
