Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Betterhelps… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because basically they do a great deal of these people seem to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not extremely instantaneous because regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of discuss it like a regular discussion but with talk area you might state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your pals you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to think about you understand something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit more affordable than entering to talk with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any complaints about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was simply something I considered but that’s.
