Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Bh Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
