texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Bobby Burns Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really useful for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it kind of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message due to the fact that essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have possibly not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really rapid because regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a regular conversation but with talk space you might state this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they might state oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something great to think of you know something that did bother me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit cheaper than entering to speak with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have really any problems about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not extremely important however total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time however back here so I simply wanted to provide some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a short summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually good for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another truly terrific truly terrific candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
