texting is it’s just that you can text them…Can I Cancel Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and after that I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not extremely important however overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m not sure just how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time however back here so I just wished to give some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a quick summary and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s really helpful for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I should’ve said that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually terrific truly terrific prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
