texting is it’s just that you can text them…Can I Pause Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and after that I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two actions a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a great deal of these people seem to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a typical discussion but with talk space you may say this and then it might be 5 hours later on and after that they may state oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your friends you know what I imply like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think about you know something that did bother me a bit initially yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than entering to speak with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual cost like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any complaints about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I thought of but that’s.

not very essential but overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a quick summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s truly great for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I think I must’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think also another really great really great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
