texting is it’s just that you can text them…Does Betterhelp Accept Aetna… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and after that I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message due to the fact that generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues which you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal discussion but with talk area you may state this and after that it might be five hours later on and after that they may say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your friends you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to think about you understand something that did bother me a bit at first yeah the one advantage to it seems to be an excellent bit more affordable than entering to talk to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real cost like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not very crucial but general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m unsure how much that really is just me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time however back here so I simply wanted to give some like final ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to offer a short introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s actually excellent if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe likewise another actually great truly fantastic candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
