texting is it’s just that you can text them…Does Betterhelp Pay Well… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really handy for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message due to the fact that essentially they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instantaneous because regard like talking about things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a typical conversation but with talk space you may state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they may say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your pals you understand what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something great to think of you understand something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one good idea to it seems to be an excellent bit cheaper than going in to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here someone it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have truly any problems about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was simply something I considered but that’s.

not very important however total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent so far um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m unsure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I simply wished to give some like last thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to offer a brief overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually great for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so basically I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another really great really great candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow but like I require to work out some insurance things before I even like think of this so I indicate I think it’s an excellent service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I truly enjoy I watch all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here again and that resembles something similar so if you want to look into that a person to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk area was since my partner was sort of pushing me to do something to do therapy because he knew that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you need to actually talk with somebody and he knew about talk area and so that was the one that he truly suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but again like it’s actually like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only way I’ve ever heard of it I haven’t really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this but yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s a great service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was sort of starting to say prior to if you have deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it’s important to be seeing someone face to face especially if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more extensive issues there’s something I have actually kind of noticed like certainly these are deep.
