texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Does Betterhelp Take Insurance… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
