texting is it’s just that you can text them…Does Betterhelp Take Medical… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
