texting is it’s just that you can text them…Does Betterhelp Take Trillium… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely assist you however it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a great deal of these individuals seem to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a regular discussion however with talk area you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they may say oh well this and after that it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your good friends you understand what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think of you know something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a good bit more affordable than going in to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking actually since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have actually any problems about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not extremely essential but general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that really is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to give some like final thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a quick introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some issues that are look I think it’s truly great for like tension kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I ought to’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy task or something like that I believe likewise another actually terrific actually excellent prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
