not really essential however overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good so far um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a quick introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s actually helpful for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so essentially I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy task or something like that I believe also another truly great really terrific candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
