texting is it’s just that you can text them…Does Kaiser Cover Betterhelp… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly useful for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
