texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Dr.Phil Betterhelp… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because basically they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a regular discussion however with talk area you might say this and after that it might be five hours later and then they may say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your friends you know what I indicate like you can call someone and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to consider you understand something that did trouble me a little bit at first yeah the one good thing to it seems to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to talk to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real cost like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have really any problems about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was just something I thought of but that’s.
